• khel88 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which khel88 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with khel88 support following a completed KYC review.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification and your account must not be under investigation or under any active restriction.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in a withdrawal and will remain in your account until wagering is complete or the bonus expires.

khel88 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraudulent activity: Including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; submitting forged identity documents; making fraudulent chargeback claims; or any other deceptive conduct designed to obtain financial advantage from khel88.

Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to temporary suspension pending manual review. khel88 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player via their registered email address or live chat.

khel88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a verified responsible gaming referral.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to restrict the player's access.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, khel88 will freeze all pending withdrawals and bonus activations. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any pending transactions will be processed without undue delay.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any account balance derived from legitimate deposits (excluding bonus funds and any winnings connected to the breach) may be returned to the player's verified payment method at khel88's sole discretion, following completion of any outstanding investigation.

Voluntary account closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting khel88 support via live chat and submitting a written closure request. • Loss of funds resulting from interrupted internet connectivity, device failure, power outage, or any other technical failure outside khel88's direct control.
• Errors, delays, or malfunctions in third-party payment processing systems including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Decisions made by khel88 in good faith to restrict or suspend an account pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms breach.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity — all bets and wagers are placed at the sole risk of the player.

khel88 makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Where a technical fault results in a game outcome being erroneously recorded, khel88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's account balance.

The laws of some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. If you are a resident of such a jurisdiction, some of the limitations above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law. In all other cases, khel88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through khel88's internal dispute resolution process should be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body in accordance with the player's jurisdiction of residence.
